Machinery/Production Process
Our company is equipped with advanced diamond tool machinery, covering batching, mixing, pressing, sintering, welding, grinding, polishing, and inspection. Key equipment includes automatic batching systems, high-precision cold pressing machines, hot-pressing sintering furnaces, high-frequency welders, CNC grinding centers, and non-destructive testers. We strictly follow standardized procedures: precise batching and mixing, cold or hot pressing, high-temperature sintering for metallurgical bonding, then welding, grinding, and polishing. We implement full-process quality control from pressing to final packaging. Every production stage is monitored by dedicated inspectors, with complete documentation to ensure full traceability. For large saw blades, each segment undergoes individual welding strength testing to guarantee reliable performance. Our technical team adapts product formulations based on market demands in different countries and regions, and develops new products tailored to customer needs. We strive to respond quickly and deliver solutions that meet diverse requirements, continually enhancing customer satisfaction.
Quality Control Procedures
Pressing & Sintering: Precisely control gram weight for firm matrix-powder bonding. During hot pressing, strictly monitor furnace temperature and pressure, maintaining constant heat for stable quality. Post-Firing Inspection: Thoroughly check product thickness, segment formation, and matrix hole diameter. Performance Testing: Verify quality via cutting videos and test data. Polishing & Painting: Mechanically control polishing speed; match colors per customer Pantone numbers for painting and UV printing. Packaging & Delivery: Customize packaging per client requirements and strictly adhere to delivery.
